Social Housing Maintenance Operative
Regen Solution are currently looking for experienced Multi Traders, Roofers, and Plumbers to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector in Havant.
This is a permanent position offering a salary of £35,000-£36,000, with a van and fuel card supplied immediately.
Main Duties:
* Perform basic carpentry repairs
* Conduct roofing repairs
* Carry out plumbing repairs
* Patch plastering
* Painting & decorating
* Install splash back tiling
Requirements:
* Experience in social/domestic housing maintenance
* Full UK driving licence
* Own tools
