Playmakers is a fast-growing, performance-driven football coaching company committed to delivering elite-level standards. Our coaches all come from strong playing backgrounds and bring high-level technical detail, professionalism and modern coaching methodologies. We offer 1–2–1 training, small-group development sessions and competitive team programmes designed to mirror an academy-style environment, giving players a clear pathway to progress and excel.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the planning and delivery of all coaching sessions, camps and programmes.
* Drive and manage the Playmakers teams’ training and games programme, ensuring consistent standards and player development.
* Support, mentor and review coaches to maintain elite session quality.
* Manage schedules, facilities, equipment and day-to-day operations.
* Act as a key point of contact for parents and handle escalated queries professionally.
* Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards.
* Help improve systems, communication and overall programme quality.
Qualifications
* Strong playing background or strong coaching background (FA Level 2 / UEFA C or above preferred).
* Experience working within an academy and delivering academy-style sessions is preferred.
* Experience leading coaches or football programmes.
* Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
* Confident with parents and coach management.
* Reliable, professional and aligned with our values.
