Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Welfare Benefits Team who has recent experience of advising clients. Citizens Advice experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide casework on the full range of welfare benefits areas, including Universal Credit and disability benefits.
* Coping with a demanding caseload and managing your own workload to meet deadlines.
* Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of UK Welfare Benefits.

* Compassionate and patient attitude.
* Strong team player with an eye for detail and great people skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to use a range of IT systems.
* Thrives in a busy environment with a positive outlook.
* Understanding and commitment to the aims and principles of Citizens Advice.
