We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to work closely with our Factory Manager and play a key role in the smooth running of our manufacturing and fulfilment operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in the day-to-day operations while helping to shape and improve how we work. Your responsibilities will include: support daily manufacturing and order fulfillment operations assisting with production planning, stock management and inventory systems leading and supporting staff on the factory floor ensuring high standards of quality control and GMP compliance maintain hygiene, H&S and manufacturing standards oversee picking, packing and dispatch to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time co-ordinate between production and fulfillment teams to maintain optimal stock levels managing stock of raw materials, packaging and finished goods identifying and helping implement process improvements to increase efficiency troubleshoot operational issues and support management as required You’ll receive full training and ongoing support, with genuine opportunities to develop your skills and progress as the company grows.
