What You Need to Succeed
If you are a dynamic, caring and effective special support assistant, enjoy being part of a vibrant team and can inspire children in their learning to help them fulfil their potential, then this is the opportunity for you. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with proven experience of working with pupils with ASC and significant language and communication needs.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
* Passionate and enthusiastic about working with children and developing their learning;
* Able to support children with SEND on a 1:1 basis and in smaller groups;
* Keen to work as part of team but also show good initiative to lead learning;
* Able to communicate effectively with children with additional needs, parents/carers, staff and other professionals; and
* Positive in your outlook and flexible in approach
