Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a outsourcing warehouse and logistics company in their search for a Recycling Operative to work from their sites in Wrexham (Wrexham Industrial, Brymbo and Plas Madoc).
Job Details:
1. Pay: £12.21 per hour
2. Rota basis 8 to 12 hour shifts between 8am - 8pm
3. Temp to perm opportunity
Job Role: The Site Operative will be responsible for monitor site access and direct visitors to the appropriate areas, ensure proper sorting and disposal of waste materials in designated areas, maintain cleanliness and organisation of the site to comply with Health & Safety regulations, complete daily checklists and necessary paperwork accurately, conduct regular inspections to ensure safety standards are maintained and attend and participate in daily shift meetings.

4. Ability to reach all sites across Wrexham - ESSENTIAL
5. Strong awareness of site Health & Safety standards
6. Ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
7. Excellent punctuality and attendance record
8. Strong communication skills for engaging with visitors and staff
9. Accurate record-keeping and data entry skills
