What you’ll be doing:
* Manage complex and sensitive player cases, ensuring outcomes meet both business objectives and prioritise player well-being
* Leverage data analytics to detect behavioural trends, such as excessive or underage play, and implement timely, appropriate interventions
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class Responsible Player operation and support the success of intervention programs
* Provide leadership and guidance to the Responsible Play team as needed, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and improvement
Main Skills/ Requirements:
* Proven experience managing teams that support vulnerable or at-risk customers is essential
* Background in Gambling, Gaming, Financial Services, Insurance, or a similarly regulated industry is required
* Demonstrated ability to proactively identify vulnerable or at-risk customers
* Strong track record in managing and developing small teams
* Experience working in a contact centre environment
* Experience designing and implementing service propositions for vulnerable players is desirable
* Understanding of CDD, KYC, or AML procedures is a plus
* Experience leveraging AI to drive operational improvements is desirable
