Based within our EMEA Hub, this role is instrumental in overseeing our facilities and services across Editing, Audio, Design, and Quality Control, enabling the seamless flow of content to both linear and digital platforms. About the Team You’ll join a collaborative and solutions-focused Content Supply team that supports Disney’s storytelling through precision, efficiency, and creativity. Operating across time zones and disciplines, our team partners with Content Operations, Post Production, and global stakeholders to ensure that every asset meets the highest technical and creative standards, and that our workflows are optimised for both linear and digital platforms. What You Will Do As the Supervisor, Content Operations within the EMEA Content Supply group, you will oversee day-to-day operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our facilities and services. You will manage staff planning, performance tracking, and workflow optimisation to deliver an exemplary service experience to both internal partners and external collaborators. Key responsibilities include: Hold overall business and operational responsibility across EMEA-based facilities and services. Develop, oversee, and maintain staffing plans for the Content Supply group, ensuring optimal resource allocation across QC and Edit. Drive operational optimisation and best practices in alignment with global strategies and standards. Foster a service-led culture focused on collaboration, technical excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction. Define and deliver operating metrics to measure utilisation, efficiency, and performance across workflows. Produce and maintain regular business and utilisation reports to monitor throughput and success metrics. Supervise the coordination team to ensure capacity planning across the global supply chain and provide resource support to Production teams across sites and regions. Partner closely with the Manager, Content Operations, to establish QC requirements and manage expectations within the relevant lines of business (LOBs). Supervise day-to-day interactions between the Content Supply group, LOBs, service providers, and the broader Content Operations team. Track and resolve delivery issues, including delays, technical rejections, and faulty files, coordinating with suppliers to ensure replacements meet deadlines. Prioritise, track, and monitor workflow stages using internal systems to ensure timely content creation and delivery. Undertake delegated projects and strategic tasks from the Manager, Content Operations, as required. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts to ensure content is delivered to the highest quality standards within defined timelines. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience at an Operations Manager or Supervisor level. Experience within broadcast television, media operations, or systems/process management. Strong understanding of Post Production workflows and terminology. Familiarity with broadcast operations, concepts, and technical procedures. Experience managing deadlines in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Required Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with scheduling and reporting tools is a plus. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure.
