12 hour shifts 06:00-18:00 :00-06:00, or and 1900-0700 depending on the site, you must be able to do both nights and days shifts and this will include weekend work.
Continental shift pattern is 3 days on and 2 xxuwjjq days off, 2 days on and 3 days off.
