Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Offload and process all direct and indirect material arriving into the Warehouse
* Distribute to correct locations once processed through the ERP system
* File Delivery Notes in accordance with the Company record retention policy
* Liaise with internal departments (Customer Service, Purchasing/Planning) on daily basis for the prioritization of goods to be booked in to ensure Customer satisfaction
* Pick, Pack and Ship Customer Orders (Domestic & Exports)
* Daily Cycle Count – count all stock selected for the day and update in the system for the Manager to review and Post
* Investigate stock discrepancies and add/deduct stock within the ERP as necessary
* Deal with Auditors – both internal and external

For This Role, You Will Need
* Communication skills: must be a good communicator as the job requires interaction with all parts of the organization and externally with auditors visiting the site.
* Dedication and field: investigate and address stock discrepancies thoroughly.
* Flexibility: the role requires providing cover within the warehouse as necessary during holidays and sickness.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
* Forklift Truck License preferable but not essential – external training will be provided.
