What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead engaging activities – from arts & crafts to life skills and community outings
* Empower independence – support daily living skills, personal care, and choice-making
* Encourage social connections – help individuals build confidence and friendships
* Promote inclusion – ensure everyone gets involved in ways that suit their abilities
* Be a friendly face – providing warmth, encouragement, and a can-do attitude every day
