The master’s in health administration (MHA) assistant will assist the administration team in daily operations. The MHA assistant will be involved in and assist administration with policy integration, standardization of protocols, organizational management, data abstraction and analysis, implementation/adherence to strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance and performance improvement projects. The MHA assistant will work collaboratively with system/facility leaders and departmental staff to meet the facility operations and system goals daily. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare related Degree- pursuing master’s in healthcare administration. Required Experience/Skills Experience using Microsoft office with extensive Microsoft word computer skills. Must possess effective interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills including active listening, networking and teamwork skills. Preferred Experience/Skills Knowledge of regulatory, legislative, legal issues, patient safety, policy integration skills.
