Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification Good curriculum knowledge of Key Stage 1 (KS1) Key Stage 2 (KS1) or EYFS A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months A minimum of 2 excellent references Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant you will receive Competitive Salary – between £88.92-£100 per day depending on experience, which equates to £16,578.90-£19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year £100 welcome to the team bonus paid automatically after working 10 days Pension Contributions Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot KCSIE-compliant safeguarding and prevent duty training inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse.
