Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Golf Operations team member to oversee daily course activities, member services, and event coordination. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our vibrant golf community, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer experiences, and memorable events.
Duties
* Coordinate and manage golf tournaments, outings, and special events to ensure seamless execution.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting guests with tee times, inquiries, and overall experience.
* Handle cash transactions accurately for green fees, merchandise sales, and food service.
* Support hospitality efforts by assisting with food service operations during events or busy periods.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe environment,
Qualifications
* Some golf Knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
* Background in food service or hospitality industries preferred.

Pay: £5,250.00-£13,000.00 per year
