The Opportunity
Radiodetection is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale our Precision Locator & CAT engineering team during an exciting phase of growth.
This is a key leadership role within a fast-moving SME environment, offering the chance to shape engineering processes, develop high-performing teams, and help drive ambitious plans to double revenue over the next three years.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands what good looks like, leads by example, and combines strategic thinking with a willingness to get into the detail. You will bring a grounded, fact-based approach, strong systems knowledge, and the confidence to challenge constructively when needed.
Experience across hardware, Mechanical and System development is a must..
