Role Overview
As a Care Assistant/Support Worker with S&S Care, you will:

Provide personal care and daily living support in clients’ own homes, including washing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Support clients with social activities, including community outings such as singing clubs, lunches, and game clubs.
*
Promote independence, dignity, and well-being at all times.
*
Build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families.
*
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans to ensure the highest standards of care.
Requirements
✔ Must drive – you will be visiting clients in their own homes and supporting them with community outings.
✔ Clean DBS – if you don’t already have one, we can apply for you.
✔ Flexibility – must be able to work varied shifts, including weekend on / weekend off on a rota basis.
✔ A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature with good communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team.
✔ Previous care experience is desirable but not essential—full training can be provided.
