Cormac is expanding its People Team and we’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive People Coordinator to play a central role in supporting our colleagues, delivering our people strategy, and shaping a fantastic place to work.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Advisors and the wider People Team to provide vital support across the employee lifecycle.
About the Role
As a People Team Co-ordinator, you’ll support Senior Advisors with a mix of daily admin and formal HR casework. You’ll help keep our systems, case logs, and digital files organised and up to date, and maintain internal resources like intranet content, templates, dashboards, and reports. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll contribute to HR projects including restructures, TUPE, wellbeing initiatives, and job evaluations.
You’ll also provide consistent HR advice, support processes like attendance reviews and exit interviews, and ensure timely, empathetic communication with employees. In employee relations, you’ll coordinate case tracking, prepare documents, take formal meeting minutes, and help with tribunal responses.
Data and reporting are key parts of the role—you’ll manage case records and support people data insights. You’ll also occasionally work across recruitment, onboarding, L&D, and wellbeing, building trusted relationships and taking ownership of your development.
What you bring
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
* Super organised and detail focused
* A clear and confident communicator who enjoys helping others

You’ll have:
* Previous experience in an HR/People function
* CIPD level qualification or equivalent experience
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong Microsoft Office and note-taking abilities
* A passion for delivering great service and continuous improvement
