What you’ll do Turn change into reality Embed system changes into day-to-day operations (not just “go-live and leave”) Drive adoption, engagement, and long-term benefits Continuously improve core systems to maximise impact Lead a team that delivers Manage and develop a Business Systems Improvement team Set clear priorities and create structure around delivery Act as the escalation point for complex system issues Push innovation forward Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and smarter ways of working Shape digital solutions that genuinely improve services and efficiency Make data matter Strengthen data quality, reporting, and governance Align systems with real business insight and decision-making Be the bridge Work closely with operational leaders to understand what’s really needed Translate between people, process, and technology What you’ll need Proven experience leading digital/system change from implementation → BAU Strong track record of driving user adoption and benefits realisation Experience managing and developing teams focused on improvement Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and build buy-in Solid understanding of system governance, testing, and release processes Strong grasp of data quality, reporting, and governance Bonus if you have: Experience with AI, automation, or emerging tech Experience in housing, public sector, or regulated environments Background in data/BI improvement or supplier management Why ClwydAlyn?
