Your new company We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Front of House Administrator to be the first point of contact at our client's Perth office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, supporting both staff and visitors, and contributing to the smooth running of a busy office. Your new role Greet and assist visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with relevant information Handle incoming calls, emails, and post, directing queries to the appropriate teams Provide administrative support including data entry, document formatting, and meeting coordination Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers for orders and deliveries Assist with room bookings What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or administrative role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
