Wild are working alongside a well-known and sought after company, working as an Accounts Assistant- Cashier on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to not only work for a good company, but also gain experience in a role that can offer a chance to develop on your skill set.
As an Accounts Assistant - Cashier, you will be supporting the credit manager cash posting, administrative tasks, bank reconciliations and sales invoicing.
Location:- Milton Keynes
Hours:- 8.45am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
* Allocate payments, invoices, and bank statements accurately and efficiently.
* Manage and respond to queries within a shared inbox, ensuring timely resolution.
* Input invoice information into our database with precision and attention to detail.
* Occasionally handle phone calls related to financial inquiries.
* Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and dedication.
Requirements:
* Proven experience or strong interest in accounting and financial processes.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software
* Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
