Team Manager – Senior Care Coordinator

Are you a natural leader with a passion for developing people and driving operational excellence? We’re looking for a Care Coordinator Team Manager to join the team and support with leading our coordination team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
This is a pivotal position focused on team leadership, performance coaching, and operational oversight—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a meaningful impact.
* Lead and manage a team of Care Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high standards.
* Provide coaching and support through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and development plans.
* Guide the team through complex scheduling, compliance, and recruitment-matching challenges.
* Drive continuous improvement in rota efficiency, financial accuracy, and system use.
* Act as a senior point of escalation and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation.

What you’ll bring
Minimum requirements
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in team management with care coordination or experience within operational roles in health/social care.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong understanding of payroll, billing, and rota logistics.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Confident using care management systems (e.g., One Touch) and Microsoft Office.
* A valid driving licence and access to your own transport.
Desirable extras
* NVQ/QCF Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care, Management, or related field.
* Experience mentoring or coaching teams.
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and complex care delivery.
