Parts Advisor - Yeovil
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Advisor to join their team in Yeovil. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established Dealership. Benefits:
1. Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum Depending on Experience
2. OTE + circa £3,000 (uncapped)
3. 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
4. Full-time hours with overtime potential

Duties:
6. Managing parts sales and stock levels for multiple brands.
7. Advising customers on parts and accessories both in person and via phone
8. Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of parts
9. Maintaining accurate parts inventory and relevant documentation
10. Supporting the workshop and service departments as needed
11. Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service standards
Requirements as a Parts Advisor:
12. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade, is preferred
13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
14. Excellent communication and customer service skills
15. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
16. A proactive team player with a professional manner
