Vacancies across the Department
Health & Disability – Access to Work
We are transforming how people access support to thrive in work and life by creating simple and responsive services that deliver real impact. From applying for benefits to getting the help needed to succeed at work, you will help design and deliver innovative solutions that drive major transformation across DWP.
Tech Services – Digital Workspaces
We provide the core technology that powers the Department’s Digital Workplace, supporting citizen‑facing services and colleagues across government. You will join a multi‑disciplinary team delivering solutions such as Digital Signage and assistive technology, working with stakeholders to create reliable and innovative services that make a real difference.
Digital, Modernisation & Efficiency – Common Capabilities
We deliver critical services that support major transformation programmes modernising how DWP works. Using research‑driven development, we automate processes and streamline workflows to help agents manage customer contact efficiently, reducing errors and improving experiences. You will work with experts in design, architecture, analysis and engineering, scaling and integrating our platform across multiple service lines.
What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, leading business analysis activities within complex projects and environments.
* Expert in stakeholder engagement, driving clarity and alignment across multiple teams and delivery strands.
* Skilled in mentoring and supporting other BAs, fostering growth and sharing best practices.
* Committed to continuous learning and development, actively building and enhancing your BA toolkit.
You and your role
As a Senior Business Analyst you will work on large, complex and cross‑cutting products or services, sometimes across multiple projects simultaneously. Your role is key to enabling the delivery of digital solutions that achieve strategic business outcomes and improve experiences for millions of users.
