ESG Fund Research Analyst

I'm supporting a leading investment firm in hiring a ESG Fund Ratings Analyst to join their expanding Portfolio Analytics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about ESG and looking to grow within a purpose-driven, high-performing environment.
As part of the Fund ESG Ratings team, you’ll contribute to the ongoing development and execution of a proprietary ESG fund ratings process. The team currently evaluates over 10,000 funds and ETFs across asset classes, working with data from hundreds of global asset managers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct ESG fund analysis using a proprietary methodology
* Prepare client reporting and sustainability insights
* Support improvements to ESG ratings processes and tools
* Write ESG-related articles and research content
* Liaise with tech teams on internal system updates
* Engage with asset managers for due diligence and market monitoring
Experience & Knowledge:
* Solid understanding of ESG and sustainable finance concepts
* Fluent in English and Italian (spoken & written)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
* Organised, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
