Key Responsibilities
Lettings
* Work with the Head of Customer and a small team of Viewing Agents to ensure company lettings targets are consistently met and exceeded.
* Be hands-on - attending viewings yourself, even at short notice, to ensure every opportunity is maximised.
* Follow up with all potential Guardians post-viewing, turning priority prospects into confirmed Guardians and driving lettings success.
Lead Nurturing and Management
* Act as the first point of contact for all Guardian enquiries via phone and email, managing the lettings inbox and delivering a lively, engaging, and personable experience that makes every person feel welcomed and excited to join the company community.
* Proactively fill viewing slots by calling new applicants, prioritising those with high suitability scores and those ready to move quickly.
Guardian Onboarding
* Liaise with an outsourced administrative team responsible for managing Guardian onboarding, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for every new Guardian.
* Maintain the Lettings Deal Pipeline in HubSpot, keeping it accurate and up-to-date across all stages of the lead-to-onboarding process.
Candidate Profile
* A charismatic communicator who loves talking to people, building relationships, and earning trust.
* Energised by working in a collaborative office setting and visiting properties across London and the South East.
* Motivated by purpose-driven work and meaningful outcomes.
* Detail-oriented and comfortable using technology to stay organised—CRM experience (such as HubSpot) is a plus.
