Contracts Manager Planned Works (Social Housing) Location: Yorkshire

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in planned works delivery within the social housing sector? This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor who is actively developing and expanding its business across the region.

Youll take full ownership of live schemes, support operational teams, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple planned works schemes including roofing, kitchens & bathrooms, windows & doors, externals, and compliance works
Lead and support Site Managers and delivery teams to achieve programme milestones
Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, housing associations, and resident groups
Manage budgets, commercial performance, KPIs, and programme delivery
Drive health & safety excellence across all sites
Report weekly progress, risks, and commercial updates to senior leadership
Must Have Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Site Manager stepping up) in social housing planned works
Strong stakeholder management clear, professional communication and the confidence to engage with clients and residents
Able to lead from the front, motivate teams, and manage multiple live projects
Highly organised, proactive and solution-focused
Solid knowledge of compliance, H&S legislation, CDM, and quality standards
Full UK driving licence
