Transformation (Training) Lead
Duration: 6 months
Location: Bristol/Andover 2 days per week
Rate: Circa £400+ per day, OUTSIDE IR35.
We are seeking a Training Transformation Lead to modernise and integrate training across Defence Digital. You will define learning strategies, assess training needs, and drive the evolution of Defence's training ecosystem to ensure personnel can confidently use new digital capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Modernisation
* Lead the modernisation of training to support digital and data-enabled operations.
* Develop strategic roadmaps covering policy, process, tools, and workforce capability.
* Align Defence Digital programmes with enterprise learning strategies.
* Integrate training design with digital platforms and operational systems.
Training Needs & Development
1. Conduct capability gap and training needs analysis.
2. Develop targeted, blended learning solutions (classroom, digital, simulation, workplace).
