As our Group Financial Controller, youll play a pivotal role in our ambitious and successful organisation.With a broad and varied remit, youll take ownership of financial control, reporting, and consolidation across the Group, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and continuous improvement in everything we do. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll balance strategic influence with operational excellence. WHAT YOULL BE UP TO Lead Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated reporting, manage the Group close process, ensure UK GAAP compliance, and maintain accounting policies. Strengthen Financial Control & Governance.Establish robust internal controls, ensure policy adherence, mitigate financial risk, and drive standardised best practice across the Group Manage Audit & Regulatory Compliance.Act as primary contact for external auditors, coordinate audits and statutory reporting, and ensure full regulatory compliance with continuous improvement. Deliver Strategic Business Partnering.Provide financial insight to senior leadership, influence performance through analysis, and promote a strong business-partnering culture Own Board Reporting, Treasury & Cash Flow. Prepare board-level financial reports, manage cash flow and forecasting, oversee debtors and procurement processes Lead Finance Team & Systems Excellence. Manage and develop the finance team, ensure robust finance systems and controls, and maintain compliance with statutory bodies ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?
