We are expanding our workshop team and are looking for a skilled and experienced Bench Joiner to join our growing business in Cavendish.
This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, working on high-quality bespoke joinery projects. You will be responsible for producing accurate work from cutting lists and technical drawings, ensuring excellent standards of finish and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years' workshop experience
* Confident using a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools
* Ability to work from cutting lists and drawings
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Reliable and team-oriented attitude
What We Offer:
* 42.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
* Optional paid overtime
