This is more than a job; it is a chance to make a meaningful impact in public service. Whether you are an experienced professional or looking to grow into the role, we offer a developmental pathway supported by mentoring and access to professional qualifications, such as certification through the Business Continuity Institute (BCI). You’ll be working in a supportive, flexible, and inclusive environment, where WFRS is proudly committed to upholding the National Fire Chief Council Core Code of Ethics.
