The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and servicing A/C and associated HVAC plant & equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service, maintenance and repair of all air conditioning & ventilation equipment which can include VRVs/VRFs, split systems, compressors, AHUs, water pressurisation units etc.
* Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings carrying out maintenance & repair works
* Oversee the maintenance and repair of systems across a portfolio of contracted sites.
Essential requirements:
* Served recognised apprenticeship
* City & Guilds F-Gas 2079 registered
* Highly skilled in all aspects of air conditioning servicing and repair work
* Good problem-solving skills
* Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills
* Full UK Drivers Licence
* Willing to contribute to working overtime
* Undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks
