We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
* Plan and create menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
* Manage food preparation processes to ensure efficiency and quality
* Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
* Continuously evaluate kitchen performance and implement improvements
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques
* Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests
