A busy property development company in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to support the smooth and efficient journey of plot sales from reservation to legal completion.You will be working to assist the sales manager in overseeing and organising sales through to completion. Due to the nature of the role there may be some travel involved from time to time so transport is essential. Starting salary will be circa £32,000. Working hours will be 08:00-17:30 Monday to Friday in their Chelmsford head office.Benefits include: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, 5% employer pension contribution and death in service.Key Responsibilities:
* Progress sales from reservation through to legal completion
* Liaise with solicitors, agents, and internal departments
* Prepare and manage legal documentation (contracts, transfers, etc.)
* Maintain and update sales trackers, CRM systems, and reports
* Audit paperwork to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
* Coordinate and minute sales meetings and weekly progression calls
Requirements:
1. Experience in a similar role within the housing or property sector
2. Excellent organisational and communication skills
