We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Public Health Nursing (Health Visiting) team. Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Public Health Nursing (Health Visiting) service for children, young people, and families in Westminster
* Provide strong clinical and professional leadership to ensure safe, effective, and inclusive care across the service
* Work in partnership with local commissioners to deliver shared objectives and support integrated service delivery
* Collaborate with Early Help teams within Family Hubs to strengthen joined-up support for families
* Support health visiting teams in delivering the Trust’s Quality Strategy, promoting continuous improvement and best practice
* Work closely with the Safeguarding Named Nurse to ensure robust safeguarding systems are in place and consistently applied
* Champion a culture of compassion, equity, and high standards of care within the team and wider service
Qualifications and requirements
Clinical leadership experience; commitment to high-quality care; ability to collaborate with partners and contribute to service improvement. The role involves leading a team in public health nursing and safeguarding processes.
