Role Overview
The Franchise Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving the adoption and growth of the Foodhub ecosystem across franchise businesses. This includes acquiring new franchise partners, strengthening relationships with existing franchisees, and ensuring optimal usage of Foodhub products, including online ordering platforms, apps, and Google Business profiles.
Key Responsibilities
New Franchise Acquisition - Identify and approach franchise takeaways and restaurant chains within the assigned territory - Present and sell the Foodhub ecosystem (online ordering, apps, POS, payment solutions, etc.) - Build strong relationships with franchise owners and decision-makers - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Existing Franchise Growth & Upsell - Visit existing franchise clients regularly to identify upsell opportunities - Promote upgrades (enhanced features, marketing tools, app adoption, payment solutions, etc.) - Drive increased usage and revenue from current franchise partners
Client Health Check & Retention - Conduct regular health checks on franchise accounts
Ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues impacting performance - Work closely with internal teams to improve client experience - Maintain strong client relationships to reduce churn
Platform Adoption & Compliance - Ensure franchisees actively use their Foodhub ordering page and main website - Monitor and push for increased order volumes through Foodhub channels - Ensure Foodhub is set as the primary platform on franchisees’ Google Business Profile (GMBP) - Guide clients on best practices for maximizing visibility and conversions.
Market Intelligence & Reporting - Provide regular feedback on competitor activity and market trends - Share insights from the field to improve product and sales strategy - Maintain accurate records of visits, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM systems.
Key Requirements - Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or franchise sales (F&B; or SaaS preferred) - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule - Results-driven with a strong focus on targets and growth - Familiarity with digital ordering platforms, POS systems, or restaurant technology is a plus
KPIs / Success Metrics -Number of new franchise accounts acquired - Revenue generated from new and existing clients - Upsell conversion rate - Client retention and satisfaction levels - Adoption rate of Foodhub ecosystem (apps, website, GMBP positioning) - Field activity (visits, meetings, pipeline updates)
