We're now looking for a Senior Manager, Health, Safety & Risk to join our Global Security & Risk (GS&R) team and lead strategic initiatives across our EMEA region. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the safety and resilience of our stores, partners, and customers — both in company-operated and licensed markets.
What you'll do:
* Champion health & safety strategy across EMEA, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
* Partner with licensees and internal stakeholders to align on Starbucks standards and local regulations.
* Lead complex, cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
* Own the annual insurance renewal process, ensuring coverage and transparency.
* Represent Starbucks in industry forums and regulatory engagements.
* Keep policies and procedures current, relevant, and well-communicated.
How you'll make an impact:
* Influence senior leaders and frontline partners through clear, compelling communication.
* Drive collaboration to assess and mitigate risk across diverse markets.
* Present business cases that connect safety with commercial outcomes.
* Build strong networks internally and externally to share insights and best practices.
* Conduct field visits across EMEA to support partners and assess risk.
What you'll bring:
* Advanced H&S qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, NVQ Level 3).
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

* Experience working across multiple markets and cultures.
