This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to take ownership of multiple entities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with genuine exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects. The Role You will play a key role in supporting financial performance and driving insight across several business units, taking ownership of core finance processes while contributing to wider commercial decision-making. Full ownership of monthly management accounts across multiple entities Intercompany reconciliations and consolidated reporting Supporting integration of newly acquired businesses Business partnering with operational stakeholders across the business Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles Supporting credit control and cashflow processes Involvement in M&A activity, including due diligence Developing reporting packs, dashboards, and financial insights Identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies Supporting and mentoring junior team members as the function grows About You ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or finalist with strong experience) Strong experience producing management accounts in a multi-entity environment Confident managing month-end processes end-to-end Commercially aware with the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders Comfortable working with senior leadership teams Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to add value beyond core reporting What’s on Offer Salary £50,000 – £57,000 On-site role within a collaborative and fast-paced environment Clear progression and development opportunities Exposure to strategic projects including acquisitions Supportive, people-focused culture within a growing business
