Your role will involve working in the paraplanning team to ensure the following responsibilities are completed for all advisers:
Administration
* Answering phone queries as they arise
* Processing incoming post
* Scanning and adding LOAs to the tracker and processing provider information requests
* Chasing policy information with providers
* Managing the LOA tracker
* Sending out monthly client valuations
Paraplanning
* Liaising with advisers and attending daily update meetings
* Communicating with clients via phone, email, and post as needed
* Researching for new business cases
* Drafting suitability reports and client-facing documents
* Preparing supporting documents for review meetings
* Updating iO with new fact find information
* Scanning, categorising, and filing paperwork appropriately
* Attending client meetings when necessary
Skill set
* Honest, reliable, trustworthy, and discreet
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Professional telephone manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong interpersonal skills and respectful dealing with clients and colleagues
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently
* Willingness and ability to complete exams under exam conditions
* Level 4 Qualification or working towards it
