Temporary School Administrator -Skelmersdale - £13-£15 per hour - Enhanced DBS essential (6-12 month maternity cover) Forrest Recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive School Administrator to support a busy school office. Our client requires someone with excellent organisation, communication and computer skills, as you will play an integral part of the administration team and your duties will include: * Handling and transferring calls * Responding to emails * Inputting data onto the SIMS system * Meeting and greeting visitors * Typing letters, minutes and notes from meetings * Liaising with parents Working hours: * Monday - Friday * 8am - 4pm (1/2hr lunch) The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, will be able to hit the ground running and will work well individually as well as part of a team. Experience of working in a school/enhanced DBS certificate essential for this role.
