Monday to Friday split shift
06:00 – 09:00 and 14:30 – 18:00
Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour PAYE inc Holiday | £16.86 per hour LTD Umbrella
Contract: 2 months

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Caretaker on behalf of a valued client based in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with caretaking, site maintenance, or facilities experience looking for a long-term role within a school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Opening and locking the building daily
Carrying out basic cleaning duties
Porterage and moving equipment where required
Conducting routine compliance and safety checks
Ensuring the site is safe, secure, and well maintained at all timesRequirements
Previous caretaking or facilities experience preferred
Reliable and able to work independently
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Flexible and proactive approach to work
Enhanced DBS check required
