The Opportunity
A rapidly growing consultancy in the energy and carbon sector is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Administrator to join their team based in South Manchester. This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic organisation that partners with a diverse range of industrial and commercial clients, supporting them in achieving energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, and meeting regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain client profiles in internal systems
Collect, process, and analyse energy usage and billing data
Upload and manage utility invoices and consumption records
Communicate with utility providers to resolve billing discrepancies and recover credits or refunds
Collaborate with clients and third parties to collect additional business-related data
Support the team in delivering data-driven solutions to clients
Ensure client information is accurate and consistently updated across platformsSkills & Qualifications
Prior experience in the energy sector, particularly with a TPI, broker, or utility supplier, is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and organisational abilities
