Hourly Rate: £12.36
Start Date: July, 2025
Working Pattern: Full Time - Monday to Sunday - Shifts between 6am - 19:30pm

Your Role:
As a Chef at Southampton Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing nutritious meals that cater to the diverse needs of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking high-quality meals
Ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
Collaborating with the nutrition team to create balanced menus
Assisting in the daily operations of the kitchen
Engaging with staff and patients to gather feedback and improve service
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar role desirable
A passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
