Classroom Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Sefton, Liverpool
Pay: £13.98 – £16 per hour (salary dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
Vision for Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Classroom Assistants to work across a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the Sefton area. These full-time roles are to start immediately and will involve supporting classes across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, offering a varied and rewarding experience for anyone passionate about working in primary education.
As a Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher with daily routines, lesson delivery and classroom management. You will also work closely with small groups of pupils and occasionally on a one-to-one basis, delivering interventions and providing support with phonics, literacy and numeracy. Your role will be to encourage pupils to stay engaged, motivated and confident in their learning, helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Candidate Requirements
We are seeking Classroom Assistants who have experience working with primary-aged children and a genuine passion for supporting young learners. You should be a team player with good communication skills and be committed to helping pupils progress both academically and socially. An Enhanced DBS check is required, or you must be willing to undergo the process.
