Your new role
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide essential support to fee earners on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, managing client communication, carrying out AML/compliance checks, maintaining accurate case records, and ensuring efficient day-to-day file management.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a conveyancing assistant or similar legal support role
* A strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
* Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
* Confident written and verbal communication abilities
* Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a busy team
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
