In this role you will split your time between residential surveys, valuations and/or project-related work, site visits, and office-based reporting. Hybrid working is available, and you will benefit from shadowing, cross-team development and specialist training with the opportunity to progress based on performance.
This role is ideal for a surveyor with at least one year of experience in residential surveys, valuations, or project related work who is looking to broaden their expertise.

The Role:
Conducting residential surveys, homebuyer reports and/or valuation tasks
Supporting project administration on residential refurbishment schemes
Attending site meetings and carrying out regular site inspections
Producing accurate, high-quality reports (supported by in-house typists)
Managing workload independently while working collaboratively with the wider team The Person:
Previous experience in surveying (residential, valuations, or project-focused)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Organised, proactive and confident communicator
