An award-winning, technology-first private dental clinic in Liverpool's city centre. Established over 10 years, now operating a modern 3-surgery practice with expansion plans underway. Equipped with cutting-edge digital dentistry, including 3D printing, on-site lab facilities, and AI-powered diagnostics.
The practice is built around a fully integrated operational, marketing, and sales system—featuring an in-house marketing team, Treatment Coordinator (TCO) support, and a bespoke CRM. This allows clinicians to focus entirely on delivering exceptional patient care.
The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Associate Dentist with a passion for private dentistry and cosmetic treatments. You will primarily focus on smile makeovers, Invisalign, and high-value treatment planning, supported by a structured patient journey and pre-qualified case flow.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality general and cosmetic dentistryProvide smile makeovers, Invisalign, and composite bonding treatmentsBuild strong patient relationships and uphold a premium patient experienceWork collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical teamsEngage in continuous learning and adopt advanced dental technologies
Requirements
Proven experience in private dentistry (essential)Strong experience in smile makeovers and cosmetic treatmentsInvisalign experience preferredGrowth mindset with commitment to continuous developmentStrong ethical values and patient-first approachDesire for a long-term role within a growing practiceMust not be NHS-focused

Working Hours
Monday–Saturday rota (1 Saturday per month required)Typical hours:9:00–17:00 (Mon–Fri)Late clinic: Thursday 11:00–19:00Saturday: 08:30–15:00
