The role of Credit Controller will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
* Monitoring and Distribution of Aged Accounts Receivable reports
* Review, update, and maintain credit control processes and communication records
* Arranging and attending Accounts Receivable review meetings with Partners
* Quick resolution of client queries
* Review of client account balances and negotiation of payment of disputed fees
* Escalation of unpaid fees to Debt Recovery within required timeframes
* Collaborating with the Billing team on invoice revisions/amendments
* Identification of debts requiring provision allocation
* Maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and information security policies
You
As a Credit Controller you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
* Proven experience in a credit control role within a professional services or financial service business
* Professional representation of the Finance Team and firm ethos
* A proactive and flexible approach to work duties
* Effective prioritisation and organisational skills to meet deadlines in a busy environment
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to build relationships at all levels and work effectively with a wider finance team
