Description
As an HR Generalist, you will:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
* Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Maintain HR records and prepare reports.
Profile
Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years in HR generalist roles, preferably in a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Must have experience using Rippling for HR management.
