Our client is looking to appoint a Customer Support Administrator to join their Customer Experience team on an initial 8-week temporary basis. For the right person, there is the opportunity for this role to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience Manager and Customer Service team.
Deliver back-office support for contract renewals and service agreements.
Maintain and update market and customer information within the CRM system.
Produce clear, accurate reports for the Customer Experience Manager as required.
Work in line with the organisation's values and commitment to quality, ethics, and corporate responsibility.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Previous experience in customer service or administration.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in liaising with management on operational issues.
IT literate, with strong skills in Microsoft Word and intermediate Excel (spreadsheets).
A collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
