About the Role
We are seeking an AI Content Expert II to join our Data Team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge generative AI technologies. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and annotating high-quality training data across multiple modalities—text, image, and video—to help improve and expand the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a hands-on position requiring strong linguistic skills, analytical thinking, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll collaborate closely with scientists and engineers to refine guidelines, identify tooling improvements, and ensure the highest standards of data quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create and annotateplex training data across various modalities and topics, including technical and scientific content.
2. Write grammatically correct texts in diverse styles and tones, adhering strictly to provided guidelines.
3. Conduct audits and quality checks ofpleted tasks when required.
4. Make sound judgments and logical decisions in cases of ambiguity or iplete information.
5. Investigate issues independently and implement effective solutions.
6. Identify and report tooling bugs and suggest enhancements to improve workflows.
A Day in the Life
You’ll be working on challenging annotation tasks that require high judgment and precision. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of AI systems. Expect regular collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in feedback sessions, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements.
About the Team
The team operates fully on-site, Monday through Friday. You’ll be part of a diverse and dynamic group that values continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation. Regular training sessions, team meetings, andpany events are part of the experience.
Basic Qualifications
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
8. GERMAN LANGUAGE SKILLS AT C1 LEVEL
9. Demonstrated experience working with written language data, including annotation and markup.
10. CEFR C1+ proficiency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
11. Strong understanding of Dutch and culture, society, and norms.
12. Excellent research skills and ability to synthesise information from multiple sources.
13. High attention to detail and ability to maintain focus over extended periods.
14. Ability to write and evaluate content across a wide range of domains.
15. Adaptability to different writing styles and fast-changing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
16. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
17. Experience creatingplex data for LLM training and evaluation.
18. Familiarity withmand line interfaces and basic UNIXmands.
19. Knowledge of markup languages (HTML, XML, Markdown) and standard text formats (JSON, CSV, RTF).
20. Working knowledge of Python or another scripting language.
21. Understanding of regular expressions' syntax.
22. Experience with LLMs andfort working with sensitive content.
